Growth friction is anything that makes it harder for the right customer to find, understand, trust, or buy from a business.

For established service businesses, the friction often shows up in ordinary places: unclear messaging, weak decision paths, missed follow-up, scattered tools, CRM gaps, duplicate work, and a customer path that depends too heavily on the owner or team remembering every next step.
